Pricing & Contract Review: Lead the review and approval process for pricing, quotes, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and profitability goals.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization. You will operate in a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment, eventually supporting a dedicated team of 70–80 sales representatives.

Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Review non-standard deal terms for intermediate-level revenue recognition and compliance implications. Proactively identify, flag, and escalate any revenue-impacting issues to the appropriate finance or accounting decision-makers.

Sales Enablement (Preferred): Assist in the training and enablement of the sales team regarding deal structuring best practices, quoting tools, and approval processes.

Global Support: Support sales cycles across global markets, ensuring smooth deal execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a Deal Desk role.

Industry Knowledge: Extensive background in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry with a deep, foundational knowledge of recurring subscription models.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience and proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory.

Communication Skills: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be highly comfortable conducting business and collaborating on video calls.

Work Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment managing multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience with other enterprise software and systems such as ServiceNow, Zuora (Zora), Seismic, Tableau, Adobe, and the Microsoft Suite.

Prior experience in sales training and enablement (this can be taught on the job, but prior experience is a plus).
