This role contributes to delivering accurate technical outputs, supporting sales and operations teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in technical documentation, basic design requirements, and coordination activities aligned with business needs.

  • Support preparation of quotations, product selections, and order-related documentation
  • Assist in producing technical drawings and layouts (e.g., CAD) based on project requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and technical staff to ensure alignment on project details
  • Provide support in addressing customer-related technical queries in collaboration with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking of technical requests and outputs
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization within technical support functions
  • Background in technical support, engineering support, or related coordination roles
  • Exposure to CAD tools and basic design work is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience or exposure in HVAC or related industries is an advantage
  • Educational background in Engineering or a related field is a plus, but not required
