We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GL accountant to join our Accounting team!  You will work as a key preparer across the monthly close process and will work cross-functionally across the organization to solve complex problems.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting and have an eagerness to help with internal automation initiatives.

  • Prepare global bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with implementation and UAT for a new cash management system.
  • Prepare intercompany journal entries and reclassification journal entries.
  • Prepare accruals and perform monthly analytics.
  • Prepare COGS journal entries and perform analysis.
  • Prepare SBC/equity journal entries and analysis.
  • Assist with month-end flux variance analysis in Numeric.
  • Prepare other month-end general ledger reconciliations as needed.
  • Prepare audit support for the team and ensure processes are SOX compliant.
  • Candidate must be a graduate of Accounting or Finance.
  • With at least 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2+ years in public accounting and/or a technical accounting role in a multinational public company or pre-IPO/high-growth company.
  • With NetSuite experience; ideal candidate is intermediate/proficient with NetSuite features including CSV imports and saved searches.
  • With intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and take ownership of work.
  • Detail-oriented; able to work with large volumes of data with speed and accuracy, and able to self-check work.
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Team player.
  • Strong knowledge of key accounting concepts, GAAP, and SOX controls.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy.
  • Can start ASAP.
