We are sourcing a capable and detail-oriented General Administrator to provide essential administrative support across the organization. The selected candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintain effective communication channels, and deliver high-quality administrative assistance to internal teams. An interest in photography or previous experience in real estate/estate agency is a strong advantage, as this role includes sending selected property photography to our editing team. Training will be provided.
Overview
The candidate must be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of supporting daily office operations. This role requires managing communications, scheduling, data entry, and documentation while providing efficient administrative support across departments. Experience within the property or creative sector is a plus, but not essential. We will provide full training for the photography submission process.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including email management, documentation, and coordination of daily office activities
- Handle professional communication with clients via email and calls on a daily basis
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office tools
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and files
- Support office operations, including monitoring office supplies and basic coordination tasks
- Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism
- Assist leadership and team members with ad hoc administrative requirements
- Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff calendars.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases and records.
- Handle documentation processes, including filing and archiving.
- Support various departments with administrative coordination.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional.
- Select and send property photography to editors, following internal guidelines (training provided).\
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in office administration, executive assistance, or similar roles
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with confidence in daily client interaction
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to work full-time onsite at the Sigma office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in photography or experience in real estate/estate agency is a HUGE PLUS, but not required
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
