| • React, Next.js 13+, Redux/Context, TypeScript, TailwindCSS. • Experience with SSR/SSG and React Native (bonus). • Strong UX awareness and pixel-perfect implementation skills. • Startup background preferred — “builder mindset.” • Hands-on coding ability is non-negotiable for all roles. • Strong ownership and ability to work in lean teams. • Communication clarity and delivery focus > theoretical credentials. |
