The Engineering Supervisor is primarily responsible in planning and overseeing the maintenance of all installed equipment, machineries, devices and other related facilities repair and maintenance. He/she should be equipped with technical knowledge in the day-to-day operations of basic facilities management.
This position will lead the leadman and technicians in performing all required duties and responsibilities.
This position is also responsible for ensuring that routine facility utility processes are carried out in the safest, most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

- Providing leadership and direction to Leadman and Technician regarding facility operation and scope/quality of services.
- Project management
- Scheduling and monitoring of office equipment PM (civil, electrical, mechanical equipment and fire protection)
- Handling of project management scope (MEPFS)
- Implementing all Monitoring Forms & Generate Reports
- Monitoring/closing daily of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system.
- Preparing PR and seek quotation from vendors
- Incident Reporting
- Managing of Asset Inventory
- Managing Facilities of Supplies Management
- Ensuring that the facilities and office equipment are fully functioning
- Coordinating with building administrator for various facility matters.
- Supervising the quarterly inventory of fixed assets.
- Coordinateing with Procurement for deliveries (Supplies and Equipment)
- Preparing the team for any scheduled internal audit
- Coordinating the facilities / building issues
- Conducting site routine inspection
- Estimating and ordering of supply repairs parts as needed Facilities maintenance such as: painting walls, furniture, and other supplies.
- Supervising renovations, repairs and civil works.
- Training, developing and evaluating the Engineering team members
- Developing, reviewing, improving and streamlining of policies, systems, and procedures
- Assisting in the development and enforcement of the department budget
- Workforce planning and management
- Planning and organizing training sessions, interviews, new hire trainings, and policy or procedure updates relevant to the Engineering Department
- Assuming all the responsibilities and authority in the absence of the Engineering manager
- Keeping the Engineering Manager informed of all the activities and incidents in the Engineering Department especially show-readiness issues.
- Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations
- Travelling to other office sites
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering related course and a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in the field of Building Property,, Facilities and equipment maintenance
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and AutoCAD.
- With strong leadership, good oral and written communication skills, customer oriented.
- Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, and fire protection.
- Knowledgeable on maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong work commitment, achievement focus and ability to meet work deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and possess high analytical and critical thinking.
- Must be able to assess and act on issues and problems
- Well organized and a Team Player.
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering related course and a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in the field of Building Property,, Facilities and equipment maintenance
