At least 10 years’ recent experience in client services in healthcare accounts
5 years of leadership experience
A plus - Healthcare CX/Global Business Services industry

• Strong understanding of GCC operational best practices and regulatory
frameworks
• Building or transforming GBS solutions for international clients to deliver
services that meet or exceed contractual obligations within budget and on time
• Ability to build effective and strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and
regulatory authorities
