Role Overview

We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our offshore delivery team in the Philippines. In this role, you’ll contribute to end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. You’ll play a key part in translating client requirements into functional solutions, working closely with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. While you’ll support client workshops and advisory work, the emphasis is on contributing to solution design, configuration, and delivery within a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Salesforce configurations
  • Support solution design sessions with senior consultants and architects
  • Configure Salesforce objects, flows, automations, and permissions aligned with best practices
  • Assist with data preparation, migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and UX designers to align on timelines and solution quality
  • Communicate delivery progress, blockers, and risks to the wider team
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore team members in Agile delivery environments

Quality & Documentation

  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of solution design and configuration decisions
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable solution libraries
  • Perform functional testing to validate your own configurations and support QA efforts

Continuous Learning & Improvement

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem trends
  • Obtain and maintain Salesforce certifications as part of your development plan
  • Participate in peer learning and mentoring within the offshore team
  •  

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Administrator
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with declarative configuration tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solution requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other delivery tools
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; other certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
