The UX/UI Manager will be responsible for designing modern, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for the Kyrios web and mobile platforms. This individual contributor role requires strong visual design skills and UX thinking to translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly screens. This position will collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders to create seamless interactions across surveys, forums, payments, education features and ensure design consistency.

- Amenable to WFH/Hybrid Set Up (2x per month in the office - Alabang, Muntinlupa).
- Lead the end-to-end user experience for the entire Kyrios ecosystem (web + mobile app).
- Design modern, intuitive, and scalable UX/UI solutions for complex workflows including surveys, forums, continuing medical education (CME), and payment systems.
- Create detailed prototypes and interaction flows using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys.
- Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to ensure design consistency.
- Conduct quick usability testing with HCPs.
- Maintain a strong sense of visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design principles across all product interfaces.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, IT, Industrial Design or any other related field.
- At least 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web and mobile); preferably with background in designing community or edtech products.
- Proficient in using Figma to create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
- Strong background in UX writing, responsive design, and visual hierarchy, with a demonstrated ability to design for complex workflows and multi-screen interactions.
- Has a builder mindset; preferably with experience working in start-up companies—thrives in environments where systems and processes are still evolving.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written); comfortable discussing design decisions with engineers, product teams, and non-design stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to WFH/Hybrid Set Up (2x per month in the office - Alabang, Muntinlupa).
- Amenable to Work in Dayshift (India Work Hours).
