The primary function of this role is to oversee and enhance the efficiency of litigation processes within a dynamic legal department. This position is crucial for ensuring that all stages of litigation are handled with precision and adhere to internal and external deadlines, optimizing both the workflow and outcomes of legal cases.

- Oversee and refine litigation workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with timelines.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and operational playbooks tailored to the litigation department’s needs.
- Analyze litigation performance metrics and data, crafting accessible dashboards and detailed reports for senior management.
- Lead quarterly initiatives focused on process improvement and the implementation of automation tools.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and the completion of tasks in Filevine.
- Work collaboratively across teams, including attorneys, paralegals, and data analysts, to synchronize strategies and optimize case outcomes.
- Generate and present detailed weekly and monthly reports to management, summarizing major findings and providing actionable insights.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions and maintain open feedback channels to continuously improve team performance.
- Licensed Lawyer; PH Bar Passer highly preferred.
- Law firm or legal operations background highly preferred, but open to a corporate background.
- 5–7+ years of legal operations experience.
- Proven ability to manage teams.
- Background working inthe GY shift.
- At least 2+ years of experience using Filevine, LeadDocket, or similar case management systems.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Other relevant process improvement or project management certifications
