As the Wholesale & Social Commerce Growth Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving two major revenue channels for the business: wholesale (via platforms such as Faire and direct retailer relationships) and social commerce/affiliate marketing (via TikTok Shop, LTK, and ShopMy). You will be active daily on all channels: prospecting and maintaining wholesale accounts, managing platform setups and listings, executing affiliate/creator campaigns, tracking performance, and building the processes and partnerships needed to scale.

Wholesale Channel

  • Prospect and identify potential wholesale brick-and-mortar retail partners, including outreach, sample requests, and onboarding into the wholesale program.

  • Manage product listings on wholesale platforms (e.g., Faire, NuOrder): ensure SKUs are accurate, product images and descriptions are up to date, pricing and discount structures are optimized.

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns for wholesale accounts: prepare sales sheets, plan seasonal promotions, coordinate co-op marketing or discount structures, track results.

  • Monitor and report on wholesale channel KPI, order volume, average order value (AOV), re-order rate, margin performance, SKU mix. Use these insights to drive strategy and improvement.

  • Work closely with operations, logistics and inventory teams to ensure wholesale channel inventory is available and fulfilled properly, with minimal stockouts or overstock.

  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for the wholesale onboarding flow, account management, listing updates and promotional campaign execution.

Social Commerce / Affiliate Channel

  • Process daily affiliate orders on TikTok Shop and LTK: check links, confirm payouts, ensure SKUs and pricing are live.

  • Onboard new creators and affiliates: send welcome kits, set up tracking links and assets, coach them on best-practices.

  • Nurture affiliate/creator relationships: answer questions, provide fresh assets, help them grow their performance.

  • Maintain affiliate links and asset libraries. Assist with TikTok Shop backend tasks such as live-sell logistics, reviews monitoring and link integrations.

  • Support the campaign calendar by aligning affiliate launches and creator campaigns with wholesale product promotions, inventory availability and platform events.

  • Work with the marketing/content team to prep short-form videos, affiliate content kits and creator briefs.

  • Track performance by analyzing clicks, conversions, average order value (AOV), return on ad spend (ROAS), affiliate cost-per-acquisition; build weekly or monthly summaries with insights and next-steps.

  • Stay up-to-date on new TikTok Shop features, affiliate platform changes, creator economy trends, and share relevant learnings with the team.

  • 1–3 years (or more) of hands-on experience in e-commerce, wholesale account management and social commerce/affiliate marketing.
  • Experience working with social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop or similar), creator/affiliate programs, or marketplace commerce is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the wholesale retail space on platforms like Faire and NuOrder (prospecting retailers, managing accounts, listing/catalog management, promotional planning) strongly desired.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to review data (order volume, AOV, margin, affiliate conversions), interpret trends, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project-management and organizational skills: able to manage multiple channels (wholesale and affiliate/social commerce) concurrently, maintain calendars, coordinate across teams.
  • Strong communicator: able to build relationships with retailers, affiliates/creators, internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, product).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where you handle both strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Self-starter mentality: ready to identify opportunities, test and iterate, and scale successful programs.
  • Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads Manager/Seller Center, affiliate tracking software, influencer management tools, or wholesale onboarding/marketplace platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience in e-commerce backend (Shopify, Shopify Plus or equivalent).
