About the job XTN-336D873 | DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activity across all group brands. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role — the emphasis is on getting campaigns built, published, monitored and reported on accurately and on time, rather than on setting high-level strategy (which sits with the owners).

You will be the person who turns marketing plans into live, well-run campaigns across social, search and email, keeping each brand's presence consistent, current and performing. The role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-obsessed, and comfortable working independently across multiple brands at once.

Social media — organic

  • Plan, schedule and publish organic content across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for each brand.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure each brand posts consistently and on-brand.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages, escalating enquiries to the right brand or consultant.
  • Keep brand profiles, bios, links and pinned content accurate and up to date.

Paid advertising

  • Build, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
  • Set up audiences, budgets, ad sets and creatives according to campaign briefs.
  • Monitor spend, pacing and performance daily; make optimisation adjustments and flag issues promptly.
  • Ensure tracking, pixels/tags and conversion events are correctly implemented and firing.

Content and creative production

  • Produce on-brand graphics, social tiles, stories and simple video/motion assets in Canva.
  • Adapt creative and copy for different brands, formats and channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, colour, logo usage and templates across all output.

Website management

  • Update and maintain the group's brand websites in WordPress — pages, content, images, links, promotions and landing pages.
  • Keep site content current, accurate and aligned with live campaigns.
  • Make routine content and layout changes independently, and coordinate larger changes as needed.

CRM and data

  • Maintain and use the group's CRM (HubSpot) to support marketing activity — lists, segmentation, contacts and campaign data.
  • Keep marketing data clean, well organised and accurately recorded.
  • Support email and lead-nurture activity through the CRM.

AI-assisted workflows

  • Use AI tools — including Claude — to draft and refine copy, generate content variations, summarise reporting and speed up repetitive production tasks.
  • Apply AI outputs with judgement, always reviewing and editing for accuracy, brand voice and factual correctness.

Reporting and analysis

  • Pull, compile and interpret performance data across channels (Meta, Google, email, web analytics).
  • Produce clear, regular reports for the owners showing spend, results and key metrics per brand.
  • Highlight what's working, what isn't, and recommend practical adjustments.

Coordination and quality control

  • Manage multiple brands' activity in parallel without cross-over errors.
  • Meet publishing deadlines and campaign go-live dates reliably.
  • Keep assets, logins, calendars and reporting well organised and accessible.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) organic and paid campaigns using Ads Manager.
  • Practical experience creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva for creating graphics, social media assets, and simple video content.
