You will influence architecture, mentor engineers, ensure delivery quality, and help shape the future of our product and engineering culture.

• Lead and Mentor: Provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Architect and Build: Drive design and architectural decisions for scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Hands-On Development: Contribute to codebases using our modern stack — React, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS — while ensuring best practices and coding standards.
• Project Ownership: Oversee the delivery of complex projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Quality and Performance: Implement and enforce rigorous testing, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization strategies.
• Technology Strategy: Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that align with business and technical goals.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth deployment pipelines, scalability planning, and high availability in production systems.

• Leadership Experience: 2+ years managing or leading engineering teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Technical Expertise: 7+ years building large-scale, production-grade web applications.
• AWS Cloud: Proven experience designing and deploying cloud architectures on AWS.
• Database Skills: 2+ years hands-on experience with MySQL; familiarity with MongoDB.
• Front-End Mastery: Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React, and proficiency in browser debugging techniques.
• Product Thinking: Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and rallying teams.
