We are seeking an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor capable of completing accurate takeoffs for both hydraulic, gas, and civil components across domestic, commercial, and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience working with a range of plans, specifications, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to support tender submissions and project delivery.
- Remote work setup with an available co-working seat at any KMC site.

This role is also responsible for and covers hydraulic, gas, and civil works, meaning you will deal with:
- Pipes
- Drainage
- Sewer systems
- Water supply
- Excavation
- Site preparation
The candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience/knowledge of the following:
- Stormwater drainage
- Sewer design
- Water supply systems
- Earthworks and siteworks
- Pipe material and sizing
- Preferred hands-on experience with Simpro project management software, including job scheduling, quoting, invoicing, back costing, and workflow tracking.
- Bachelor's Degree - experience related to Civil or Hydraulic
- Detail-oriented
- Strong with numbers
- Understands siteworks, pipelines, and drainage
- Comfortable working independently
- Can manage multiple projects
- Can talk to clients professionally
- Good with software and systems
- Willingness to ask questions/ask for help
