Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, or equivalent).
Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with hands-on exposure to MiTek / Pryda software.
High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft applications.
Experience in structural beam design is highly advantageous.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather structural and product requirements.
Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements.
Create detailed technical designs using CAD software.
Develop layouts to illustrate design concepts and improvements.
Identify potential operational issues and redesign solutions to improve functionality.
Ensure all final designs comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Critical Thinking – Ability to identify design issues and support architects and engineers in problem-solving.
Detail-Oriented – Ensures technical accuracy and precision in all design outputs.
Time Management – Capable of working under strict deadlines and delivering outputs efficiently.
3D Modeling Skills – Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
