We are seeking a highly organised, detail‑oriented Data Entry & Sales Support Assistant to support our sales and marketing operations. This role is critical to ensuring our CRM (Asana) is accurate, complete, and up to date, enabling our sales team to operate efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for researching and validating contact information for a large dataset (approx. 5,000 contacts), entering and maintaining this data in our CRM, and supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent English, strong research skills, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Data Research & Entry

  • Research and verify contact details for approx. 5,000 business contacts
  • Identify missing information such as:
    • Email addresses
    • Direct dials
    • Job titles
    • Company details
    • LinkedIn profiles
  • Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Enter and maintain all information in Asana CRM following internal data standards
  • Perform regular data quality checks and updates

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required
  • Prepare and update contact lists, lead lists, and prospecting sheets
  • Assist with CRM hygiene, tagging, segmentation, and pipeline organisation
  • Provide timely updates to the Sales Team on progress and data quality
  • Support preparation of sales materials, reports, and documentation

Operational Support

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the CRM reflects real‑time activity
  • Flag incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate data
  • Assist with basic research on companies, industries, and decision‑makers
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives with accurate data
  • 2–3 years’ experience in data entry, sales support, research, or administrative roles
  • Strong research skills and ability to find accurate contact information online
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience working with CRMs (Asana experience is a plus but not required)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Positive, proactive, and can‑do attitude
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments is an advantage, but not essential
  • You enjoy research and finding accurate information
