As a Sales Contract Renewal Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the retention and growth of our client base by managing the renewal process of sales contracts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and negotiating contract terms to secure renewals. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

  • HMO Benefit with a PHP 150,000 maximum benefit limit on day one.

  • Renewal Management: Manage the end-to-end renewal process for sales contracts, including proactively identifying upcoming expirations, contacting customers in a timely manner, and facilitating negotiations to secure contract renewals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their business needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers to maximize renewal rates while aligning with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to gather insights, address customer feedback, and advocate for customer needs during contract negotiations.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track contract renewal rates, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate records of contract renewals, customer communications, and negotiation outcomes in CRM systems or other designated platforms. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on product updates, new features, and value-added services to increase customer engagement and drive upsell opportunities during the renewal process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in contract renewal management. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers at all levels of an organization.
