| • Lead all engineering functions for Kyrios 2.0 (architecture, backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and security). • Take full control of codebase handover and establish internal CI/CD and AWS infra. • Design modular backend (NodeJS) and frontend (React) architecture for scalability. • Lead development of AI-based targeting, profiling, and recruiter automation. • Collaborate with product and UX teams to prioritize features and ensure user delight. • Build, mentor, and retain a small but high-performance engineering team |
