The Analyst assists the Associates in sourcing, collecting, and filing of data needed in the end-to-end preparation of client reports.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare Letters of Authority to be sent for client signature
  • Send out of disclosure requests to various custodian banks
  • Process of custodian responses and upload them in the platform
  • Saving of data in appropriate client folders adhering to proper naming conventions
  • Efficiently conduct Custodian Bank follow-ups 
  • Ensure all email responses Disclosures Inbox are attended to.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, providing status updates on all stages of the tasks.
  • Ensure all emails are in the Disclosures Inbox is attended to and processed expeditiously.
  • Prepare filing and other relevant reports
  • 2+ years of experience in database administration and management with good operating knowledge of Netsuite, Sharepoint, database management platforms

  • Understanding of global financial markets, including trends, regulations, and key players a plus

  • Proven ability to work under pressure

  • Demonstrable focus and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a timely manner

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 especially Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs

  • Query resolution from market participants (investors or intermediaries) or internal colleagues

  • Must be willing to work onsite, or in alternative work arrangements

  • Willing to work on hours with overlap with global stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of Netsuite, PM applications and database management platforms an advantage
