The People Onboarding Specialist will support the whole Talent As A Service (TAAS) clients and ensure that compliance with the requirements are fulfilled and the transition is seamless from being a candidate to a new employee.

  • Sending Pre-onboarding and Onboarding email instructions to new hires using automated onboarding tools such as Jotform
  • Conducting Pre-Onboarding Discussions with New Hires.
  • Encoding information on all new hires through an in-house system (ERP) of KMC.
  • Collecting and validating pre-employment requirements like proof of government numbers, NBI clearance, PEME & other requirements.
  • Monitoring and following up on pre-employment requirements submitted by new hires.
  • Scheduling & confirming appointments of New Hires for Pre-Employment and Medical Examination.
  • Scheduling New Hires for New Hire Orientation (NHO) before Day 1.
  • Notifying Recruiters and HR Data Team on pre-employment requirements completion.
  • Coordinating with Talent Acquisition and Account Managers to push back start dates if New Hire’s primary requirements are incomplete.
  • Maintaining, customizing, and updating onboarding trackers as needed.
  • Maintaining new hire tracking system and new hire report and ensures appropriate records and statistics are kept up to date.
  • Monitoring the onboarding database and ensuring accuracy.
  • Submitting reports with analysis and tracks for improvements.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in onboarding for volume hires.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other report-generation tools.
  • Good people skills, approachable, able to adjust to different levels of the organization.
  • Temporary WFH setup, but should be amenable to work in BGC office depending on business needs
