Sales Development Representative (Philippines-Based)

Ribbon Gang is a full-service digital experience agency working across eCommerce, marketing, and systems architecture. We launch, scale and optimise digital platforms for some of the most forward-thinking brands in Australia and Southeast Asia.
We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive the next stage of our growth. This role is the engine of our outbound sales effort, responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the business development team.
You’ll be identifying and connecting with mid-to-large businesses across Australia and New Zealand (primary markets) and Southeast Asia (secondary markets). You’ll be responsible for prospecting, outreach and lead qualification using our existing sales stack, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and DotDigital, with all direction coming from senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and target companies that match Ribbon Gang’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP) across AU/NZ and SEA.

Execute structured, multi-channel outreach campaigns using Apollo.io (email, LinkedIn and calls).

Qualify leads based on service fit, budget, and digital maturity.

Manage and update all lead activity and deal stages in Apollo.

Book qualified meetings for the Head of Business Development.

Follow up and nurture engaged leads through Apollo automations and CRM tracking.

Collaborate with leadership to refine ICP targeting, messaging and outreach cadences.

Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, meeting rates and pipeline progression.

Maintain a professional, consistent brand voice in all communications.

Continuously optimise personal workflows to increase efficiency and hit KPIs.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or sales development.

Exceptional written and spoken English.

Proven success booking qualified meetings and achieving activity targets.

Strong familiarity with Apollo.io and CRM tools.

Confident on the phone, professional, articulate and calm under pressure.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences simultaneously.

Self-motivated, accountable and hungry to perform - no handholding required.
