The IT Intern will assist the IT department in maintaining the company’s computer systems and networks, as well as providing technical support and solutions to staff and clients. The role involves a mix of technical tasks and administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Help troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to employees.
• Participate in the setup of new hardware and software.
• Support the IT team in the documentation of systems and network configurations.
• Assist in ensuring data security and backup measures are upheld.
• Engage in project work as directed by the IT Manager or team lead.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with database management and basic SQL commands.
• Interest in cybersecurity and knowledge of basic security principles.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
