The Reporting and Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting operational and financial reports to support decision-making in freight forwarding operations. This role ensures data accuracy across shipment tracking, cost analysis, and performance metrics, enabling the company to optimize logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Gain exposure to global trade and commerce while supporting data-driven decision-making

• Generate and maintain regular reports on shipment status, transit times, freight costs, and operational KPIs.
• Develop customer-specific reports for service level agreements (SLAs) and delivery performance
• Identify trends in shipment delays, missing milestones and communicate to country stakeholders.
• Validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for reporting templates aligned with customer requirements.
• Present analytical findings to assigned Customer Program Manager for escalation to the branches
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests

• Intermediate to Advance knowledge in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and curious mindset for continuous improvements, not accepting status quo without validations
• Sufficient skill for manipulation of data analysis.
• Organized and ability to articulate thougts

• Knowledge in Macro application
• Experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry would be a plus
