• The Release of Information (ROI) Associate is responsible for managing and processing requests for patient medical records in compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and secure release of health information to authorized parties, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, compliance, and customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Minimum 1 year experience in US-based BPO healthcare or RCM (local healthcare experience not considered)
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules, including weekends
• Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice tasks
• Stable employment history
• Strong communication skills
