As a Broker Support / Loan Processor at Claremont Financial, you will play a critical role in our client engagement team by assisting brokers in managing and processing home loan applications. Your duties will encompass the entire loan process from initial lodgement to post-settlement.

- Maintain and manage our CRM systems using Broker Engine to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and data.
- Support brokers to deliver professional and efficient service by collecting customer information and preparing necessary documentation.
- Prepare and lodge loan applications using platforms like ApplyOnline, and ensure all supporting documents are accurately uploaded and managed.
- Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth progress and management of loan application milestones.
- Meet all deadlines related to submissions and other critical milestones throughout the loan processing phase.
- Order and follow up on property valuations to support application processing.
- Handle interest rate pricing requests for both new and existing clients.
- Assist with the finalization of approved applications through to the settlement process.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of effective interaction in both written and verbal forms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficient time management skills, crucial for meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive work ethic, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Previous experience with loan processing software such as ApplyOnline and Broker CRM systems is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
- A keen eagerness to learn and continuously develop personal skills within the financial services sector.
