- Testing Support: Play a supportive role in integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying that solutions adhere to the agreed specifications.
- Communication: Act as the key intermediary between business units, technology teams, and clients to guarantee that both the business requirements and the proposed solutions are clearly understood by all parties.
- Process Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business processes and workflows which serve as a reference point for training and operational guidance.

- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that effectively communicate business performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that address business challenges.
- Escalation: Manage incident severity assessments and facilitate the appropriate escalation process to ensure issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
