Role Purpose

Own the company's financial and inventory custody in the North region and ensure disciplined collection of customer receivables.

This role exists to create financial control, operational discipline, and accountability, not to process paperwork or wait for instructions.

You are the direct guardian of:

• Company cash
• Warehouse movement accuracy
• Collection discipline with customers
  
  

What You'll Do

• Own cash box operations (inflows, outflows, reconciliations) with zero tolerance for discrepancies
• Manage warehouse movements (withdrawals, entries, transfers) with high accuracy
• Follow up with customers to collect outstanding receivables
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and technical teams
• Engage professionally with banks and external stakeholders
• Identify financial or operational risks early and escalate when needed
• Operate independently in both office and field environments

Success is measured by:

• Cash accuracy
• Inventory discipline
• Reliability and follow-through

Preferred Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree
• Experience is welcome but not required
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Good in both Arabic and Kurdish (English is a plus)
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Comfort with field visits to customers
