Sales Support Specialist

Full-Time | Office-Based (Flexible Remote When Required)

We are looking for a structured and commercially aware Sales Support Specialist to strengthen the backbone of our sales Department.

This is not a coordination role.
This is a commercial control role.

Success in this position means every tender is accurate, compliant, margin-protected, and submitted with discipline.

Role Purpose

The Sales Support Specialist enables revenue generation by:

  • Preparing structured, compliant tenders and proposals
  • Protecting margins through disciplined cost build-up
  • Ensuring documentation accuracy and version control
  • Coordinating with OEM factories and suppliers
  • Reducing commercial risk before contract award

You enable Sales Engineers to focus on winning projects — while you ensure clarity and control behind every offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial proposals aligned with project specifications
  • Compile compliance matrices, deviation logs, and clarification records
  • Coordinate with OEM factories for quotations, configurations, and lead times
  • Support detailed cost build-ups (equipment, logistics, installation, risk allowances)
  • Protect margin assumptions and validate commercial calculations
  • Highlight scope gaps, contractual inconsistencies, and commercial risks
  • Maintain structured documentation and version control
  • Update CRM / ERP systems with pipeline and tender status
  • Support post-submission clarifications and revisions

What Were Looking For

Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:
Experience in tendering, estimation, sales coordination, or commercial support
Elevator & escalator industry experience is an advantage

Technical Skills:
MS Excel (Intermediate–Advanced)
CRM / ERP systems
Strong documentation discipline

Languages:
Arabic & English
