We are looking for a highly structured and execution-driven Executive Assistant to support the Country Manager. This role is not administrative support — it is leadership enablement.
Success in this role means protecting leadership focus, enforcing execution rhythm, and ensuring commitments are tracked, completed, and documented with precision.
Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant ensures:
- Protection of leadership time and strategic priorities
- Structured leadership cadence (weekly, quarterly, annual rhythm)
- Clear tracking of decisions, action items, and deadlines
- Organized cross-functional communication flow
- Accurate executive reporting for informed decision-making
This role enables clarity, focus, and controlled execution — free from operational noise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the leadership execution cadence
- Consolidate departmental inputs into clear executive dashboards
- Structure and prepare weekly leadership meetings and performance reviews
- Track decisions, commitments, and deadlines with disciplined follow-up
- Prepare briefing packs for VIP clients and strategic stakeholders
- Optimize the Country Managers calendar and prioritize high-impact engagements
- Maintain organized documentation and executive summaries
What Were Looking For
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
Experience:
Previous experience supporting senior leadership
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Languages:
Arabic & English

Working Environment
Office-based role in Baghdad.
