Sales Support Engineer

At KNE, Sales Support is not an administrative function. It is a critical part of converting opportunities into executable projects by ensuring proposals, tenders, and order documentation are delivered accurately and on time.

We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer who combines technical understanding, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills to support the commercial and operational teams in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Purpose of the Role

Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, technical documentation, and order release activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
  • Support tender preparation and submission activities.
  • Coordinate documentation required for order release and project execution.
  • Review specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, tenders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, factories, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Track deadlines and ensure sales support activities are completed on schedule.
  • Support the simultaneous handling of multiple tenders and projects.
  • Identify documentation gaps and resolve issues before submission.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).
  • Previous experience in Sales Support, Technical Sales, Proposal Engineering, Tendering, or Project Coordination is preferred.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to review specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • English proficiency is required.
