We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who takes full ownership of field performance.
This is not a coordination role.
This is a technical leadership and accountability role.

Role Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor owns the performance of all assigned units and leads field execution to ensure:
Reliable and safe operation of elevators and escalators
Elimination of recurring faults through root cause analysis
Disciplined execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
Strong team accountability and performance
You are responsible for turning field activity into controlled, measurable performance.
What You Will Do
Own the reliability and performance of all assigned units and ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time
Lead and drive maintenance execution with full accountability for quality, safety, and efficiency
Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults and ensure correct, long-term solutions
Manage and prioritize maintenance and emergency tickets to minimize downtime
Drive team discipline by assigning work, tracking execution, and holding technicians accountable
Ensure full closure of CPSI inspections and maintenance remarks within defined timelines
Coordinate with Planning, Installation, Spare Parts, and Call Center to ensure service continuity
Own the handover process from Installation to Maintenance with full operational readiness
Monitor team performance using systems and dashboards and take corrective action where needed
Resolve customer issues with clear communication and strong follow-up
Develop team capability through coaching, technical guidance, and feedback
Technical Expectations
Strong ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and identify root causes
Ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
Proper use of diagnostic tools and systems
Accurate and clear technical reporting reflecting actual field conditions
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related)
Experience in maintenance (preferably elevators or electromechanical systems)
Experience leading technical teams
Strong problem-solving and field decision-making capability
Ability to read technical drawings and use technical systems/software
Arabic (required) | English (intermediate)
