Role Purpose

Own technical architecture and execution of our digital transformation journey.

This role exists to create scalable, reliable enterprise systems that integrate operations, finance, sales, and field execution into one disciplined technology backbone.

You are responsible for engineering clarity, stability, and long-term maintainability — not just delivering code.

What Youll Do

• Lead developers and own technical architecture decisions
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs
• Design and manage ERP, CRM, and enterprise integrations
• Enforce high standards for code quality, performance, and security
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales
• Mentor developers and raise engineering standards
• Identify risks early and design systems that prevent operational failure

Success is measured by system reliability, adoption, scalability, and operational impact — not by feature count.

Preferred Requirements

• 5+ years as Senior Developer, System Engineer, or Technical Lead
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture and system integration
• Backend expertise (PHP preferred; Symfony/Laravel a plus)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and version control
• Fluency in Arabic and English
