We are looking for a People Operations Officer who is organized, proactive, and people-focused, with the ability to manage recruitment activities, support employee operations, and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Role Purpose
Own and support recruitment and people operations processes across KNE by managing the hiring journey, supporting employee lifecycle activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a consistent and professional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process from role intake to onboarding
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple vacancies
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Track recruitment performance and hiring metrics
Support employee documentation and personnel records
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations
Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners
Support employee engagement and people initiatives
Handle employee inquiries professionally and confidentially

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
Experience managing recruitment activities and employee documentation
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR / recruitment systems
High level of integrity and confidentiality
