About the Role

KNE Elevators & Escalators is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and manage electrical installation and commissioning activities across multiple elevator projects.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to 8–10 electrical installation teams, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and timely project execution in line with company standards, manufacturer requirements, project schedules, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical installation and commissioning teams.
  • Plan manpower, allocate resources, and coordinate daily field activities.
  • Oversee electrical installation, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, First Pass Yield (FPY), and safety performance.
  • Resolve complex technical field issues and coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Mechanical, Quality, Safety, Technical Support, and customers.
  • Develop team capability through coaching, technical training, and performance management.
  • Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, project updates, and inspection-related information.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, including mandatory PPE use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience supervising multiple elevator installation and commissioning teams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and control systems.
  • Experience with manpower planning, resource allocation, and field operations.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Experience with international elevator systems and knowledge of EN 81-20/50 is preferred.

Working Conditions

This is a field-oriented role involving regular travel between project sites, site inspections, and supervision in construction and installation environments. Occasional work outside normal working hours may be required to support project schedules, commissioning, inspections, or emergency activities.
