Role Purpose
Own revenue growth in your assigned territory by building a strong customer portfolio, generating qualified opportunities, and converting them into profitable, technically sound projects.
This role exists to create commercial momentum and protect execution standards — not just to send quotations.
What You'll Do
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities through site visits, consultants, tenders, exhibitions, and market networking
- Identify and secure tender documents and project requirements
- Conduct site inspections and technical measurements
- Translate technical requirements accurately to Sales Support and Finance for quotation preparation
- Present and explain technical and financial proposals clearly to clients
- Negotiate commercial and technical terms within target profit margins
- Represent KNE in contract finalization and client coordination
- Follow projects before, during, and after installation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns during execution
- Coordinate shipment delivery and initial site verification
- Maintain accurate client records and organized documentation
- Monitor competitor activity and market pricing intelligence
- Submit structured reports and participate in sales team meetings
Success is measured by revenue growth, margin protection, project conversion rate, and client trust.

Preferred Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales (elevator/escalator industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Arabic and Kurdish fluency – mandatory
Judgment, technical understanding, and ownership matter more than years of experience.
Work Environment
This role is predominantly field-based, including regular client and site visits.
Occasional travel and work outside standard hours may be required depending on project demands.
