Maintenance Administration Officer

About the Role

KNE Elevators is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Maintenance Administration Officer to support the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.

This role serves as the operational coordination hub between customers, maintenance supervisors, and field technicians by managing service requests, coordinating dispatch activities, monitoring maintenance tickets, and ensuring efficient communication throughout the service lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer maintenance requests and inquiries.
• Create, update, and monitor maintenance service tickets.
• Coordinate technician dispatch and follow up on service progress.
• Monitor response times and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate spare parts requests and track maintenance documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and maintenance performance dashboards.
• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and document feedback.
• Escalate critical service issues in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations coordination, customer service, or maintenance support.
• Experience in elevators, facilities management, HVAC, or technical services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic with good working knowledge of English.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
