About the Role

KNE is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead and integrate all operational functions across the business. This role is responsible for driving the full lifecycle of projects—from installation to maintenance—while ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the overall Operations strategy aligned with company objectives
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, installation, handover, and maintenance
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and at the highest quality and safety standards
• Manage and develop a high-performing leadership team across multiple departments
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations
• Control budgets, approve major expenditures, and optimize operational costs
• Resolve cross-functional challenges and ensure alignment across departments
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and act as escalation point
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Drive operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master's is a plus)
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong experience in managing large-scale operations or multi-site portfolios
• Proven leadership in building and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong business, financial, and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
