Commercial Manager

We are looking for a senior Commercial Manager to lead the full commercial engine of the business.
This is not a sales leadership role alone.
This is an end-to-end commercial ownership role.
Success in this position means revenue is predictable, margins are protected, risks are controlled, and the commercial function operates as one integrated system.
Role Purpose
The Commercial Manager leads and integrates:
- Sales (New Installation)
- Maintenance Sales
- Sales Support (Tendering & Commercial Control)
You are accountable for translating strategy into execution, ensuring alignment between pricing, pipeline, tendering, and delivery.
You own the full commercial cycle from opportunity generation to contract closure and beyond.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Driving commercial strategy and execution aligned with company objectives
- Owning revenue growth, pipeline coverage, and margin protection
- Governing pricing, discounts, and commercial risk decisions
- Leading and developing Sales, Maintenance Sales, and Sales Support teams
- Ensuring tenders are accurate, compliant, and commercially sound before submission
- Building structured cost models (equipment, logistics, installation, risk)
- Managing key client relationships, consultants, and contractors
- Acting as the senior escalation point for major deals and disputes
- Enforcing CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility
- Aligning with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure execution feasibility
- Representing KNE with OEMs and franchisor on commercial matters
- Driving KPI performance (revenue, win rate, margins, renewal rates, customer satisfaction)

Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in commercial or sales leadership roles
- Minimum 4 years in a senior managerial position
- Experience in elevators, construction, or similar project-based industries is highly preferred
- Proven track record managing revenue and margin (P&L exposure)
- Strong experience in tendering, pricing, and OEM coordination
- Ability to lead both front-line sales and back-office commercial teams
- Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
