About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Programmatic SEO (pSEO), and modern search optimization techniques such as AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

In addition to SEO expertise, the candidate should be comfortable managing and optimizing websites on platforms such as WordPress, Framer, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS and website builders.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for organic traffic growth across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
  • Track SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data and insights.

On-Page SEO

  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, solution pages, feature pages, blogs, and knowledge base content.
  • Develop topic clusters and internal linking strategies to improve topical authority.
  • Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with content teams to ensure search intent alignment.
  • Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URL structures, and on-page content.
  • Conduct content audits and refresh existing content to improve rankings and conversions.

Off-Page SEO

  • Execute link-building and digital PR initiatives.
  • Identify backlink opportunities and outreach prospects.
  • Monitor backlink health and competitor backlink strategies.
  • Build domain authority through ethical and scalable off-page SEO practices.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
  • Improve website crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Manage redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and structured data.
  • Collaborate with developers when advanced technical implementations are required.

Programmatic SEO (pSEO)

  • Identify opportunities to create scalable SEO landing pages.
  • Work with content and development teams to implement programmatic SEO strategies.
  • Optimize large content clusters targeting long-tail search demand.
  • Build and optimize large-scale landing page systems using templates and structured datasets.

AEO & GEO

  • Optimize content for featured snippets, AI Overviews, and answer engines.
  • Structure content to improve visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other AI-powered discovery platforms.
  • Implement schema and entity-based SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and improve brand visibility in AI-generated search results.

Website Management

  • Manage and maintain websites built on WordPress, Framer, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Publish and optimize content directly within CMS platforms.
  • Create landing pages and implement SEO recommendations without heavy developer dependency.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate website updates, plugin management, and SEO-related technical fixes.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and related tools.
  • Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
  • Measure traffic growth, rankings, backlinks, conversions, and AI search visibility.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience managing websites on WordPress, Framer, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of schema markup, entity SEO, and semantic search.
  • Experience optimizing for AI-powered search and answer engines.
  • Experience using AI tools to support content research and SEO workflows.
  • Experience with backlink acquisition and authority-building campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Programmatic SEO (pSEO).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website performance optimization.
  • Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS products, B2B technology companies, or product-led organizations.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience in SEO, digital marketing, or organic growth is also highly valued.
  • Relevant certifications from Google, HubSpot, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms are a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or growth-focused teams.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving marketing technologies.
