IT Logistics Manager

Koality is partnering with a leading financial organization to find a skilled IT Logistics Manager a professional who thrives on precision, planning, and keeping complex systems running smoothly. This position oversees all logistics operations related to IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and systems to support seamless business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

- Lead and align transportation, warehousing, and distribution efforts across departmen ts and vendors.

- Develop and maintain efficient delivery schedules for IT hardware and systems.

- Monitor shipments proactively, addressing potential delays or bottlenecks before they impact operations.

Inventory & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, deliveries, and returns.

- Prepare and validate logistics documents including shipping forms, customs declarations, invoices, and compliance paperwork.

Ensure compliant processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.

Forecasting & Analysis

- Collaborate with planning teams to forecast inventory needs and align stock with demand.

- Analyze lead times, product lifecycles, and stock performance to optimize procurement and replenishment.

- Produce regular reports on warehouse capacity, stock turnover, and logistics KPIs.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Manage logistics providers and suppliers, maintaining quality, service levels, and cost efficiency.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure logistics activities comply with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

- Implement and continuously improve best practices for storage, handling, and transportation of IT assets.

Financial Oversight

Support budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations and IT asset management.

Track logistics expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost transparency and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify process inefficiencies and implement optimized solutions.

- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight efficiency, and warehouse utilization to drive performance.


Qualifications & Skills


Education

- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent commercial education.

- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (University/FH/Masters preferred).

Professional Competencies

- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent analytical thinking.

- Solid understanding of business operations, IT asset flows, and value chain management.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
