About the Role

Were looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist (2nd Level) to join our clients team in Switzerland on a 24-month contract. If you have a passion for IT service management, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to IT projects focused on improving and optimizing systems and processes.

  • Analyse and resolve complex IT issues across hardware, software, and applications.

  • Provide technical support to users, both remotely and on-site.

  • Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network technologies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage and enhance IT service processes in line with ITIL and ITSM best practices, ensuring high service quality and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee incident management, including tracking, resolving, and documenting technical issues.

  • Collaborate closely with IT teams and business units to drive efficient problem resolution.

What You Bring

  • A degree or certification in IT, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Several years of experience in 2nd Level IT Support, ideally in hardware and application support.

  • Solid expertise in ITSM service management and ITIL frameworks.

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Industry experience in automotive, finance, or accounting is a plus.

  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, or other ERP systems is an advantage.

  • A valid Category B drivers license is required.
