What You'll Be Doing:

• Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure top-tier service delivery across workplace functions.
• Workplace Experience & Hospitality
  • Oversee front-of-house services, janitorial, food & beverage, and event management.
  • Manage document services and overall workplace experience.
• Facility Operations & Maintenance
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the facility.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and technical services with internal teams and vendors.
• Project Oversight
  • Manage small-scale site projects from planning to execution.
  • Align initiatives with business objectives and quality standards.
• Client & Vendor Relations
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage service provider contracts and ensure high performance from vendors.
• Budget & Compliance
  • Oversee financial performance and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and implement continuous improvements.
• Innovation & Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and cost-saving measures.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience & Expertise
  • 5-8 years in facility management, hospitality, or workplace operations.
  • Strong background in integrated facility management and workplace experience strategies.
• Leadership & People Skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Business & Technical Acumen
  • Commercial mindset with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
• Language Skills
  • Fluency in German & English is essential.
