Job Title: Business Development Associate
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on lead generation platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others.
- Manage CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and nurturing of leads to closure.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and craft tailored proposals that meet client specifications.
- Ensure all client interactions are logged and maintained in the CRM system, providing clear visibility on the pipeline status.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate potential solutions to prospective clients.
- Regularly review and refine lead generation and management processes to increase efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
- Follow up diligently on leads to convert proposals into successful deals.
- Engage in continuous learning about new tech stacks and AI innovations to enhance proposal quality and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in BSCS or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise proposals.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of CRM software and lead management processes.
