Job Title: Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities on lead generation platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others.

Manage CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and nurturing of leads to closure.

Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and craft tailored proposals that meet client specifications.
- 
Ensure all client interactions are logged and maintained in the CRM system, providing clear visibility on the pipeline status.
- 
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 
Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate potential solutions to prospective clients.
- 
Regularly review and refine lead generation and management processes to increase efficiency.
- 
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
- 
Follow up diligently on leads to convert proposals into successful deals.
- 
Engage in continuous learning about new tech stacks and AI innovations to enhance proposal quality and client interactions.

Requirements:

- 
Bachelors in BSCS or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise proposals.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of CRM software and lead management processes.
