We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive with demonstrated expertise in managing projects on freelancing platforms like Upwork. As an integral part of our team, you will be instrumental in fostering business growth and ensuring client satisfaction by generating leads, securing projects, and establishing meaningful relationships with potential clients.


The job timings are from 9:00 pm- 6:00 am. This is an on-site opportunity


  • Actively generate leads and secure projects via platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and play a key role in the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and updating of the CRM with accurate data.


  • Proven experience in using freelancing platforms like Upwork.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of platform-specific features, best practices, and client management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with a variety of industries and their specific freelancing requirements is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project selection, proposal writing, and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Experience in engaging with clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia is mandatory.
  • The ability to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other B2B channels is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
