Targeting Analyst, TS/SCI - Talent Pipeline

What the work typically looks like

• Conduct target development and network analysis
• Build and maintain target packages and supporting products
• Work with collection managers to close intelligence gaps
• Support joint and interagency targeting cycles

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI (required); polygraph a plus
• 3+ years of targeting experience (military, IC, or contractor)
• Formal targeting training (for example JTAC, JIPOE, or service targeting courses) preferred
• Nice to have: Analyst Notebook, Palantir, ArcGIS, deployment experience

Typical compensation

$100,000 to $155,000 base depending on level. This is the typical market range for this role, not a specific offer.

Onsite in Northern Virginia. U.S. citizenship required for clearance. Veterans encouraged to apply.
