Civil Engineer, PE (Site / Land Development)

We're looking for a licensed Civil Engineer with land development experience to lead site design projects across Northern Virginia, from concept plans through permitting and construction.

What you'll do

• Prepare site plans, grading, utility, and stormwater management designs
• Manage submissions and approvals with Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and other local jurisdictions
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and owners
• Review work from junior engineers and CAD technicians
• Support construction administration and resolve field issues

What you bring

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Active PE license (Virginia, or able to obtain by comity)
• 5+ years of land development or site design experience
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Virginia stormwater (VSMP) and local review processes

Compensation

$100,000 to $140,000 base, depending on experience. Based in Fairfax, VA. No security clearance required.
