Software Engineer (Java/Python), TS/SCI Full Scope Poly - Talent Pipeline

Talent pipeline posting. Koger Talent is building its network of cleared software engineers for upcoming roles with government contractors in the Fort Meade / Annapolis Junction corridor. What the work typically looks like

• Design, build, and test mission software in Java and/or Python
• Develop backend services, data processing pipelines, and REST APIs
• Work in Agile teams using Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI, and Jira
• Deploy to Linux and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional software development in Java or Python
• Nice to have: NiFi, Kafka, Elasticsearch, AWS (C2S), Ansible

Typical compensation

$130,000 to $190,000 base depending on level. This is the typical market range for this role, not a specific offer.

Onsite in Maryland. U.S. citizenship required for clearance.
