Full Stack Developer, TS/SCI - Talent Pipeline

Talent pipeline posting. Koger Talent is building its network of cleared full stack developers for upcoming roles with government contractors in Reston, Herndon, and the Dulles corridor. What the work typically looks like

• Build web applications end to end with React or Angular front ends and Java, Node.js, or Python back ends
• Design and consume REST APIs and work with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Write automated tests and support CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with mission users to turn requirements into working features

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI (required); polygraph a plus
• 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript plus one back end language
• Nice to have: AWS or Azure Government, Docker, Kubernetes, Security+

Typical compensation

$120,000 to $175,000 base depending on level. This is the typical market range for this role, not a specific offer.

Onsite or hybrid in Northern Virginia depending on program. U.S. citizenship required for clearance.
