E2E Telco QA Test Engineer (India Based)

About the Role

We need a QA/Test Engineer who knows their way around telecom B2B ordering systems end to end. You will own testing across the full product lifecycle: quote to order, order to provisioning, provisioning to billing activation. The systems you will work across include Salesforce Communications Cloud, Netcracker M6, and Kenan Billing.

This is not just front-end UI testing. You need to understand how data flows between CRM, order management, inventory, provisioning, and billing, and be able to pinpoint where things break.

What You Will Do

Design and run E2E test scenarios covering the full B2B order lifecycle. That includes product configuration in Salesforce CPQ (Vlocity), order capture and decomposition, service provisioning in M6, and billing activation in Kenan.

Test Salesforce Communications Cloud flows: product catalog, pricing rules, promotions, order management, and integrations with downstream systems.

Validate OSS/BSS integrations, specifically data mapping and message flows between Salesforce, M6, and Kenan.

Test billing scenarios in Kenan: account creation, service activation, product charges, recurring charges, usage charges, and invoice generation.

Run B2B-specific scenarios: account hierarchies, multiple billing accounts, service locations, contracted pricing, multi-product orders.

Log and track defects in Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail. Perform root cause analysis across systems when things go wrong.

Work closely with Salesforce developers, integration teams, OSS/BSS teams, BAs, and product owners.

What You Need

Solid understanding of telecom B2B processes: Quote to Cash, Order to Activate, service provisioning, billing lifecycle.

Knowledge of telecom services such as broadband, Ethernet, MPLS, voice/SIP, and managed network services.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, Industries CPQ (Vlocity), order management, and product catalog.

Experience testing integrations with Netcracker M6 and Kenan Billing.

Comfortable with Jira, Postman, SoapUI, and API/integration testing tools.

Nice to Have

Salesforce Industries certification. Telecom BSS/OSS architecture knowledge. Automation testing experience (Selenium or Cypress). Performance testing exposure.

Ideal Background

You have worked at a tier-1 telco (Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, Vodafone, BT, Telstra, Orange) or a telecom vendor like Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson, or Nokia. You have seen how these systems connect in real deployments and you know what breaks in production.
