Salesforce Order Management Scrum Master (Vlocity/Communications Cloud)

Job brief

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for Salesforce Industries Order Management (OM) initiatives within Vlocity Communications Cloud programs. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery blockers, and ensure iterative progress across the CPQ-to-Order-to-Fulfillment lifecycle in complex telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams delivering Order Management features and integrations in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
• Ensure agile principles and Scrum practices are followed consistently, driving team performance and predictability
• Collaborate closely with product owners, solution architects, and developers to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and priorities
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, impediments, and delivery metrics to stakeholders and program managers
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies across OM, CPQ, and integration workstreams
• Work with delivery and QA leads to manage release planning, test cycles, and production readiness
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, team ownership, and customer-centric delivery
• Coach team members on agile best practices and drive maturity across delivery squads

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, preferably in large enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience managing delivery of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management or similar telecom transformation programs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Industries OM components such as order capture, decomposition, and orchestration
• Experience working in telco, media, or subscription-based industries with complex product and order lifecycles
• Familiarity with OmniStudio development processes and agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Strong servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required; SAFe or PMP is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
